Guided Meditations

Eight practices to help you settle, soften, and come home to your body — breath, kindness, open awareness, and more. Find a quiet spot, press play, and give yourself permission to just be for a little while.

These are recordings I've used myself and shared with clients and resort guests for years — part of the same practice of peace, ease, and release that runs through everything I offer. None of them require experience or a particular posture. Just somewhere to sit or lie down, ten minutes to half an hour, and a willingness to notice what's already here. If you'd like to understand how this practice connects to breathwork and trauma release, read more about my approach →

Deep Relaxation

A slow settle into the body, releasing tension layer by layer until there's nowhere left to hold.

Breath Meditation

Anchor into the breath itself — a doorway into presence that's always available to you.

Somatic Flow Meditation

Gentle body awareness and movement to help stuck energy find its way through.

Kindness Meditation

A loving-kindness practice to soften the mind and open the heart toward yourself and others.

Open Sky Meditation

Rest your attention in vast, open awareness — spacious, unbounded, and quietly clear.

Insight Meditation

Clear, steady attention to see what's actually here, just as it is.

Centering Meditation

Find your ground and come back to the present moment, right where you are.

Space Meditation

Create room around whatever you're holding onto, so it has space to move.
